How to 'gift' the Fairy of the Day app to a friend who has an iPhone
(Please note that this is how this process works on my iPhone. It might not work on yours. Have faith, and just keep looking for the prompt ‘gift app. —Emily)
1. Go to the App Store
2. In ‘apps’ search for Fairy of the Day.
3. When you see it, tap the words ‘Fairy of the Day.’ (You will see the word ‘open’ but you don’t want that)
4. It will open to a new screen. On it you will again see an opportunity to ‘open’, but please don’t. To the right of that you will see a ‘share’ symbol which is a square with an arrow pointing up and out of it.
3. Click on that and places you might share with will rise up.
4. Scroll down and you will see “Gift App…”. Click on that.
5. Follow the directions.
